Parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary

A few days after we got back from Liverpool we helped to put the finishing touches to my parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. I had organised the venue and my mum had organised the entertainment.

A few days before the event Terry and I helped to pull it all together. My dad wasn’t feeling very well so helped with the food and setting up the hall.

I had searched through my photos to find ones of my mum and dad to use as centre pieces. I then used others to decorate around the hall – thanks to my cousin Monica who sent me some photos to help.

The hall all set it was just waiting on the guests. It was good to see people I hadn’t seen for ages. Thanks to everyone who came and made it special for my mum and dad.
