Culloden

Yesterday after trying out some fishing and having a quick refreshment break we headed north to Culloden. We had visited the site the last time we had been north several years ago. Since then the new centre had opened. What a difference! The centre is amazing telling the story from both sides. The battlefield walk with guide is excellent as well – well worth a visit if you are in the area. We joined the National Trust and hope to visit the new Burns Birthplace centre in the next few months.
