Argyll Days

Earlier this week we went to Blairmore in Argyll for 3 nights. We rented a cottage just to get away from away from our own four walls for awhile. The few days were for us to relax, so we didn’t do very much.

On the Tuesday we had organised to go on cruise on The Waverley. An interesting trip despite the weather. Packed boat and sometime difficult to find a sheltered place to sit.

On the Wednesday the weather was great so we decided to go for a drive. We drove down to Tighnbruiach – excellent views over the Kyles of Bute.

Thursday was our day to go home. We drove back home via Loch Lomond with a quick stop off at Lomond Shores.
