Not the furniture warehouse but the woodland adventure play ground north of Aviemore at Carrbridge was today’s adventure. We did not know what to expect but we weren’t disappointed. We started with a walk in the woods where we managed to see red squirells before going to the adventure area. The kids tried out the ropes while Terry and I had our feet firmly on the ground. Eleanor was just too short for the Sky dive but was able to try out the climbing wall. Terry and Matthew went on the waterslide which Eleanor went on with Matthew later on. After lunch the kids tried some sawing. I decided not to climb the fire tower but gave Terry my camera to take a picture. Although when they were coming down it looked like Terry was helping Eleanor it was actually the other way round – Terry is not very keen on heights.

It was a good day. We managed to avoid the rain and we all had a great time.
