Since Eleanor was nine months we have been traveling. As the children grew up we started to invent games. The first time I remember this was in Key West when the kids and Terry started playing rock, paper, scissors except they added in a few new objects for example flying steam roller. This would keep us all amused while waiting in queues or for food.

Last year we added another game, this time it was a word game finding animals in order of the alphabet or states or cities. It kept us all amused in many queues especially in Washington. This years game is thumb wars which I keep on losing. It must look strange to others but it keeps us all occupied.
